What we build

Products with a clear path to commercial rights

We take a build, buy, or partner approach — prioritizing products that can be developed or tested with limited capital and that have a clearer path to commercial rights or revenue.

Product categories

Nine categories under evaluation

We have not launched a material commercial product and have not committed to a specific roadmap. Product selection depends on available capital, technical feasibility, commercial demand, and regulatory considerations.

/ 01

Developer tools

SDKs, APIs, testing environments, deployment tools, documentation systems, smart-contract templates, dashboards, debugging tools, and integration libraries — monetized through licenses, subscriptions, support fees, or usage-based charges.

/ 02

Enterprise integration tools

Connecting blockchain functions with enterprise systems: databases, customer platforms, accounting, compliance workflows, identity, payments, loyalty, and supply-chain software. Revenue through integration fees, licensing, subscriptions, and enterprise contracts.

/ 03

Compliance tools

KYC support systems, AML workflows, sanctions-screening integrations, wallet screening, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, restricted-jurisdiction controls, audit logs, and compliance dashboards.

/ 04

Analytics & data products

Dashboards, on-chain activity reports, wallet and transaction analytics, ecosystem-usage metrics, developer-activity metrics, risk scoring, data visualization, and business intelligence.

/ 05

Wallet-related infrastructure

Wallet connection features, screening integrations, account management, custody-support workflows, transaction authorization, enterprise wallet administration, and security monitoring. We do not hold ourselves out as a custodian without required licenses or arrangements.

/ 06

Transaction-support tools

Transaction initiation, tracking, reconciliation, reporting, routing, fee management, confirmations, notifications, dispute workflows, and enterprise transaction records — structured to avoid regulated money-transmission or custody activity.

/ 07

Token utility applications

Lawful, practical use cases involving ZIL or other permitted digital assets — access features, platform functionality, staking-related interfaces, loyalty, and developer incentives. We do not promote ZIL as an investment.

/ 08

Business applications

Blockchain-supported commercial functions understandable to businesses and end users: digital identity, loyalty and rewards, verification tools, certificates, supply-chain records, records management, and compliance reporting.

/ 09

Web3 infrastructure

API infrastructure, node- and validator-support tooling, monitoring, data indexing, smart-contract deployment systems, cybersecurity and compliance infrastructure, hosting, and middleware — offered to developers, enterprises, and ecosystem participants.

Acquisition strategy

Selective, not speculative

We may acquire or license Web3 products, software assets, codebases, domains, intellectual property, platform assets, data assets, developer communities, or project companies — to accelerate development, reduce time to market, and secure commercial rights.

We do not intend to acquire assets merely because they are connected to blockchain. Opportunities are evaluated on ownership rights, code quality, security, documentation, regulatory risk, commercial usefulness, user base, revenue potential, and cost. Transactions may involve cash, equity, revenue-share, royalties, earn-outs, or milestone payments.

Digital-asset activity, where it occurs, is operational — wallet infrastructure, testing, transaction support, and staking- or validator-related activity connected to the platforms we operate. We do not intend to use proceeds to build a passive ZIL treasury or to operate as an investment vehicle.
