A young company with an old-fashioned model
Own real software. Operate it well. Get paid for the value it creates.
Why ZQ Platforms exists
ZQ Platforms Inc. was incorporated in Wyoming in July 2026 as an independent platform-development and commercialization company. Our view is that long-term commercial value in Web3 depends on whether blockchain infrastructure can be connected to real products, enterprise workflows, developer tools, compliance systems, and enforceable business models — not on market enthusiasm alone.
Our mandate: build, acquire, operate, and commercialize products, platforms, tools, software, infrastructure, and intellectual property that operate within, connect to, or support use cases around the Zilliqa ecosystem and the broader Web3 economy.
We are a development-stage company and we say so plainly. We have not yet launched a commercial product. What we offer today is a clear mandate, a disciplined phased plan, and a compliance-first structure built for the long run.
How we intend to execute
Our plan proceeds in phases. The timing and scope of each phase depends on capital raised and the availability of suitable opportunities.
Corporate, compliance & infrastructure foundation
Legal, accounting, governance, and compliance infrastructure first — service providers, internal policies, financial reporting controls, KYC/AML and sanctions screening, cybersecurity, and digital-asset controls. Building this early reduces execution risk.
Product & platform development
Software planning, engaging developers, platform architecture, Zilliqa-related integrations, prototypes, and build-versus-acquire decisions — starting with a limited number of concepts with clear commercial relevance.
Acquisition & licensing opportunities
Selective evaluation of Web3 products, software assets, codebases, IP, and project companies — assessed on ownership rights, code quality, security, regulatory risk, and revenue potential.
Developer arrangements & venture-studio projects
Developer-for-equity, revenue-share, royalty, licensing, and venture-studio arrangements — approached cautiously, with written agreements, milestone schedules, and code-ownership protections before committing material capital.
Enterprise integrations & commercial partnerships
Pilots, proofs of concept, and limited integrations with enterprise customers and partners — recognizing that enterprise sales cycles are long, and building toward licensing, subscription, and transaction-based revenue.
We expect to operate with a lean structure in the early stages — officers, consultants, contractors, and specialist service providers — scaling the team as proceeds and product needs require.
Who's behind it
Rahul Malhotra
Rahul leads the company's strategy, operations, and capital formation. He founded ZQ Platforms with the conviction that disciplined execution — not market enthusiasm — is what converts blockchain infrastructure into commercial value.
The company also works with advisors and service providers across capital markets, engineering, compliance, and business development, and expects to engage personnel in software development, blockchain engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise sales as operations scale.
Where we stand with Zilliqa
ZQ Platforms Inc. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, controlled by, funded by, or officially approved by Zilliqa Group, the Zilliqa Foundation, or any other Zilliqa-related entity. We reference Zilliqa and ZIL only to describe the ecosystem around which we build and operate.
